Training Opportunities
Meal Appeal University

On March 5th, 2016 Child Nutrition staff throughout Texas came together at St. Philip’s College in San Antonio to attend Meal Appeal University, sponsored by Education Service Center, Region 20. The goal of Meal Appeal University was to improve the meal appeal of the foods served within the districts through increased kitchen skills, marketing ideas and a focus on food presentation. Those who attended walked away with not only knowledge, but new supplies to put to use in their kitchens. ESC-20 looks forward to continuing trainings of this nature in the future and invites you to browse other training opportunities available here.
