State Board for Educator Certification SBEC has established an Information and Support Center (ISC) to assist individuals with questions about educator preparation, assessment, and certification. The ISC will also provide certification applications and registration and preparation materials for the TASP, ExCET, TOPT, TECAT, TASC, and TASC-ASL, as well as other pertinent information. Student Attendance Accounting Handbook - Section 6 Bilingual (PDF) The submission of Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data is required of all public school districts. Student attendance and contact hours will again be reported at the student detail level, for the entire school year, through PEIMS. The Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (Handbook) provides districts with the Foundation School Program (FSP) eligibility requirements of all students and the minimum requirements of all student attendance accounting systems.
