Techtober 2026: Elevating Region 20 Education & Technology

Techtober is Region 20’s premier edtech event, uniquely bridging instructional strategy and technical infrastructure to empower educators, tech leaders, and innovators. Held onsite at the ESC-20 Conference Center, this high-energy event showcases local district achievements and explores the future of education.

 

Event Overview

  • Dates: October 22 - 23, 2026

  • Format: * Day 1 (Oct 22): Deep-dive intensive workshops.

    • Day 2 (Oct 23): Dynamic breakout sessions and district spotlights.

    • Both Days: Continuous access to the vendor floor, innovation demos, and networking opportunities.

  • Key Topics: AI in education, instructional technology, cybersecurity, blended learning, and esports.

 

Sponsorship Timeline & Opportunities

We offer a tiered sponsorship structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) featuring exclusive benefits such as booth space, session slots, and meal-time presentations.

  • June: Early-bird forms sent directly from Samantha Palacios to partnered ESC-20 vendors.

  • July: General release via our mass email platform to the main mailing list.

  • August: Final deadline for all sponsorship submissions.
