School Safety Cooperative
The School Safety Consultants work in collaboration with school counseling, health, school-based law enforcement, and mental health personnel to promote school safety initiatives and legislative requirements through the coordination of trainings and services for the School Safety Cooperative and the Title IV, Part A School Safety grant. Services include conducting school safety audits, providing technical assistance with Emergency Operations Plans, and training local education agencies on the Safe and Supportive Schools Program Requirements, School Safety Consultants also serve as liaisons between clients and community resources and state and federal agencies.
