- Series of targeted HR professional development sessions on relevant and timely topics such as educator certification, personnel records, staffing, compensation, leave policies, legislative updates, and Texas Administrative Code compliance
- Free registration for up to three LEA staff members to attend each session in the HR Professional Development Series
- Support to address certification issues and appropriate assignments for certified and non-certified staff
- Support with the TEA ECOS online system
- Free registration for up to 2 LEA staff members to attend the virtual ESC-20 Treasuring our Paraprofessionals Workshop
- Virtual hours to offer dedicated HR support and personalized assistance
- One complimentary high-level review of district employee files (not to exceed two business days) to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with best HR practices
- LEA choice of one complimentary session - either "Culture of Care" (customer service) or "FUSION" (team building) - for up to 30 participants to ensure engagement and impact
