Formerly School Leaders Network (SLN)
ESC-20 Network (formerly School Leaders Network) provides the structure for public school administrators to work together guided by highly skilled facilitators using Balanced Leadership research as well as the T-PESS process to solve real problems across whole campuses. Participants meet once a month in the evening to hear information and discuss hot topics in education in a way that is solution-based and fosters leadership development in a networking setting. Administrators gain support and development from each other as they collaboratively work to solve problems, learn from research and school study, and analyze leadership practices that work. The ESC-20 Network focuses learning and dialogue on those skills, practices, and behaviors that research has shown to leverage student achievement gains most significantly.
Fee: $1200 per participant
