Human Capital Services Cooperative-Option I
- Providing unlimited access to the ESC-20 Job Posting Board to assist districts with advertising vacancies and recruiting district staff.
- Assist with district recruitment by hosting two Spring Educator Job Fairs
- Assist with recruitment of staff in high-needs areas by attending job fairs throughout Texas on behalf of member districts.
- Access to candidate pools collected by HCS Leadership Consultant through applications online, job fairs, EPP providers, and university visits
- Enhance staff development by providing Personnel & Legal Training for Human Resources Staff and Quarterly HR Leaders Network meetings (one district staff member may attend each offering at no cost)
- Enhance staff development by providing one slot per district at the Virtual Treasuring our Paraprofessionals Training.

- Designate a district person to serve as a liaison with ESC-20

- Provide a library of 17 Online Compliance Training Courses based on federal and state requirements.
- Provide updates as needed to course content based on federal and/or state changes.
- Provide LEA's completion reports as needed.
- Provide end-of-course assessments for each course.
- Provide a certificate of completion for employees.
- Provide online content that is based on federal and state requirements.

THE LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCY (LEA) WILL:
- Designate a district person to serve as a liaison with ESC-20
- An ESC-20 representative will contact the LEA liaison to select the specific course(s) that the district wishes to utilize during the commitment year. Please note: Once videos are selected, district personnel will only have access to those specific videos that were chosen at the beginning of the commitment year.
- LEA will ensure that the total number of registered participants does not exceed the total number of licenses purchased.
- All courses must be completed prior to July 31, 2023 in order to receive credit for the session.
