Mobile Videoconferencing service is a High Definition (HD) quality personal telepresence system (via software) that can link room systems, desktops, laptops and iPad endpoints over ordinary IP networks. It is powered by Jabber to transform almost any device into an HD quality videoconferencing endpoint.
NOTE: Must be a netVision20 member with a videoconferencing contract or have a TETN Only contract to receive this service.

The Texas Education Telecommunications Network (TETN) is a cooperative of Education Service Centers (ESCs) and Texas Education Agency (TEA). The mission of TETN is to facilitate communications among educational entities throughout Texas to improve student performance and to increase efficiency of educational operations via an effective telecommunications network. Videoconferences are offered and meetings are held to keep administrators and educators informed.
Conferences can be fed to your own videoconferencing equipment through remote
bridging eliminating your need to travel. Examine the TETN Events Calendar and select TETN to see sessions.
Access is provided to up to 2,000 hours of TETN and/or direct video bridging service ONLY. Video methodologies training for up to four (4) persons is included. This is a contracted service. This is intended for netVision20 non-members who wish to take advantage of being able to receive TETN remotely.
DVD Recordings are FREE to Basic members with a TETN Contract and netVision20 Premier members with a videoconferencing contract. All others must pay per DVD.
VGo replicates a person in a distant location allowing them to see, hear, talk and move around as
if they were there. It has usage for special education, 504 and other special circumstances. Unit
available in thirty (30) day increments for students unable to come to class.
NOTE: Districts/charter schools must provide approval indicating the homebound status has been verified and approved for the timeframes of checkout.
Access to netVision20 video services including direct connection, video bridging, cascade services, scheduling, technical assistance, planning and design. Virtual Program presenter fees are covered when netVision20 Premier Members schedule through ESC-20. Fee is monthly with reduced pricing based on number of years contracted.
ESC-20’s webinar service, also known as a virtual meeting room, lets you meet, present, collaborate and make decisions using tools such as legacy videoconferencing, personal and mobile devices, telephones or simply any web browser to meet on the fly including training. Fee is annual.
