Texas Principal Evaluation Support System (TPESS)
The Leadership Development Team provides support, training, and technical assistance to Region 20 pilot districts on the newly developed administrator evaluation system that encourages more frequent, timely, formative feedback and that incorporate multiple indicators of success, including measures of student learning. During the refinement year and implementation of the new systems, Region 20, in partnership with district and independent consultants, will train all district leadership responsible for evaluating educators utilizing the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (TPESS).
Fee: $400 for face-to-face training; no online T-PESS training available.
