Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS)

Impact Coaching

In this two-day workshop participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles or any conversation about teaching and learning. These coaching principles ultimately serve as the foundation in cultivating a campus and district culture of self-directed growth, development and support.

Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS)

The Leadership Development Team provides support, training, and technical assistance to Region 20 pilot districts on the newly developed teacher evaluation system that encourages more frequent, timely, formative feedback and that incorporates multiple indicators of success, including measures of student learning. During the refinement year and implementation of the new systems, Region 20, in partnership with district and independent consultants, will train all campus and district leadership responsible for evaluating educators utilizing the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS).

Fee: $500 for face-to-face training; no online T-TESS training available.
