San Antonio Public Library Services
BiblioTech Digital Library is the first all-digital public library in the United States, located in Bexar County, Texas. Since the doors of the first branch opened on September 14th, 2013, BiblioTech has actively worked to bridge literacy and technology gaps in San Antonio and surrounding areas by establishing a community presence at the physical locations as well as an online presence through the digital collections and resources.
Association for Library Services to Children (ALSC) Parent Resources

In fact, research shows those students from schools with professionally staffed, fully equipped libraries score higher on achievement tests.
Texas Department of State Health Services Audiovisual Library
The Texas Department of State Health Services' Audiovisual Library consists of video (DVD, VHS), slide-tape, audio CD, and CD-ROM programs on health and safety education topics. These materials are available on a free loan (up to 10 days) basis to residents of the state of Texas. The collection includes such topics as: safety, food hygiene, infant and child care, breastfeeding, prenatal and postpartum care, AIDS, and aging.
Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Talking Books Program
The Talking Book Program provides free library services for Texans with blindness or visual, physical, or reading disabilities. Registered users may borrow books and magazines in digital audio, Braille, and large print.
