ESC Region 20 provides a variety of services to support schools and districts implementing state and/or federal accountability interventions.  
ESC-20 School Support Team
The Region 20 School Support Team is here to assist local school districts and campuses in improving student performance, operating efficiently and effectively and carrying out mandates from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Legislature. The School Support Team mission is to reduce the number of campuses rated "Improvement Required" by enhancing capacity statewide for supporting comprehensive, ongoing improvement of under-performing districts and schools.

Update 8/7/18 from the Texas Education Agency Office of Academics Performance Reporting Department

On August 14, the 2018 accountability ratings will be available to districts through the TEASE Accountability application. District accountability and distinction designation reports will also be available through TEASE at this time. The following day, Wednesday, August 15, all 2018 accountability reports will be released on the agency’s public website. The public accountability reports and data tables will be masked to protect student confidentiality.

Required Trainings for IR and Comprehensive Campuses 2018-2019

Improvement Required Campuses and Comprehensive Campuses for 2018-2019 will be required to attend Continuous Improvement Training at ESC-20 in August or September.

The Texas Continuous Improvement Framework is designed to establish the foundational systems, actions, and processes to support the continuous improvement of Texas school districts and campuses. The framework offers a common language for approaching and aligning the work of continuous improvement for all campus and district accountability systems and measures.

*This session is required for DCSIs and Principals of campuses identified as Improvement Required, and/or Comprehensive - per the state and federal accountability rating systems.
