Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) is one of twenty regional education service agencies within Texas that assists school districts and charter schools in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. ESC-20 is a non-regulatory agency focused on collaborative and supportive relationships with school districts and charter schools in the region.
