Learning Off Site
Bridging Campus Curriculum and Community Impact Across Region 20 and beyond.
Education Service Center Region 20 breaks down the walls of traditional professional development to connect standards-based instructional practice with high-impact community environments. By embedding High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and cross-curricular TEKS into authentic field settings across our regional clusters, Learning Off-Site equips educators with replicable, experiential frameworks that accelerate academic achievement and deepen classroom engagement.
Mission: To offer educators off-site, cross-curricular opportunities to explore their content in new ways, engage with community organizations, and grow professionally.
Vision: To break down the walls of traditional professional development.
These sessions provide unique experiences for educators, which inspire them to think creatively about future TEKS-driven, alternative learning experiences for their students. Learning Off Site sessions are conducted at various partnering community locations throughout the year and are available in multiple content areas. All sessions are listed in the Elevate20 Cooperative and in Connect20.
