Vulnerability Scanning – each LEA is entitled to:
- one internal vulnerability scan of any selected 256 (/24) IP addresses within their network. The focus is on scanning critical servers and mission critical workstations to identify any operating system (OS) and application vulnerabilities.
- One external vulnerability scan of any selected 256 (/24) IP addresses associated with the LEA to identify any operating system (OS) and application vulnerabilities.
Remote Remediation Assistance – Assist District and Charter Schools to remediate any discovered vulnerability after their ESC-20 vulnerability scan. Assist District and Charter Schools in reviewing and remediating MS-ISAC Malicious Domain Blocking and Reporting (MDBR) and CISA Cyber Hygiene Services - External Vulnerability Scanning and Web Application Scanning.
Managed End-Point Protection Assistance - Assist District and Charter Schools with configuring and monitoring ESC-20 provided SentinelOne Managed ERP service.
