The purpose of the conference is to bring together educators, district leaders and other stakeholders to strengthen the implementation and sustainability of accelerated instruction across Texas. Building on the progress and partnerships established through ongoing statewide accelerated instruction initiatives, the conference will showcase successful district-provider collaborations, promote awareness and application of Outcomes Based Contracting (OBC) and Ratio Waiver List (RWL) offerings, and highlight current research and best practices in accelerated instruction. Through professional learning, networking opportunities, and testimonials from LEAs and providers, participants will gain practical strategies, resources, and real-world examples that support improved student outcomes and long-term program success.

Over 150 exhibitors are expected to attend, including food and non-food companies. Come out and talk with vendors, see new products and get new menu ideas. ESC-20 Chef Jimmy Villarreal will be in attendance as well.

The mission of the Texas Migrant Interstate Program (TMIP) is to help reduce the effects of educational disruption that Texas’ mobile, migratory students often face as they migrate intra/interstate to seek qualifying temporary or seasonal employment in the agriculture or fishing industry. The TMIP assists migratory students, their families, school counselors, and intra/interstate MEP staff.
