COVID-19 Support & Resources
ESC-20 Is Here to Help
ESC Region 20 will continue to be open with limited staff onsite. However, our ESC-20 Maple Conference Center will remain closed. We remain committed to you and your needs through this unprecedented situation and we will continue to provide professional development to you. Our consultants are in the process of converting many of our in-person workshops to an online format.
If you are currently registered to attend a workshop with us between March 30 and April 13, please check the email address you have registered with your Connect20 account. You will receive communication via email on the status of your workshop.
Please continue to check our website and social media messaging for the latest information. We thank you for your support as we continue to work together as a community to stay safe and healthy. If you have any questions regarding workshops, please email central.registration@esc20.net. Once again, we appreciate your patience while we adjust our approach of continued support of our educational community.Instructional Continuity Resources
As you consider next steps to ensure instructional continuity for your students, ESC-20 is working to provide resources and support.

Support for TEKS Resource System Districts
- Our TEKS Resource System Team created guides for instructional leaders to utilize the existing TEKS Resource System as they create and scaffold online learning. These guides can be accessed by districts who subscribe and with provided login credentials. A sample Google Site has been created to illustrate how information can be shared with parents and assist them in supporting their child through online learning.
- A video has been created that illustrates how the TEKS Resource System Guides can be utilized. A second sample video shows how the TEKS Resource System Guides can be applied with use of Google Classroom.
- A demonstration Google Site was created as a sample for teachers to communicate instructional plans.
If you are not a current TEKS Resource System district subscriber you may contact the TEKS Resource System Team.
District Technology Department Resources
We have set up a dedicated technology departments resources page for school districts and charters that may be in need of resources pertaining to operating during Covid-19. We are continuing to update this page and our list serv as we receive new information on resources out on the market to help during this pandemic. If you have any needs during this time, ESC-20 Technology Services is here to help in any way we can with what resources we currently have. Please reach out to our Technology Liaison, Jennifer Smith at 210-370-5324.Additional Resources by Category
