UTSA/CyManII Educational Workforce Development

• MTV: eSports League (Cybersecurity Gamification)
  The Mobile Training Vehicle (MTV) brings excitement and awareness to local high schools by launching and supporting a seasonal eSports league in cybersecurity. The league includes Spring and Fall tournaments where 9th–12th graders compete, with progress tracked on a leaderboard. Participants’ skills are assessed and aligned with NIST/NICE cybersecurity job roles. At season's end, students receive personalized reports suggesting potential career pathways in cybersecurity, helping them explore specialized roles in the field.
