Learning Alive Cooperative
Join the Learning Alive Cooperative and receive access to both living and non-living materials for cross-curricular use in the classroom. We have a variety of items that can enhance teachers' lesson plans, creating a hands-on learning experience in reading, math, science, social studies, and more!
Living items include: Plants, microorganisms, cultured bacteria, fish, amphibians, non-venomous reptiles, invertebrates (crickets, red wigglers, mealworms, isopods, tarantulas, hissing cockroaches and crayfish), and small mammals (hamsters, rats, mice and gerbils).
Non-living items include: Preserved specimens, agar prepared petri dishes and slants, science study kits/models, TWA trunks, vegetable and flower seeds, and deionized water.
