 Enroll through the ESC-20 Commitment System!

• • Series of targeted HR professional development sessions on relevant and timely topics such as educator certification, personnel records, staffing, compensation, leave policies, legislative updates, and Texas Administrative Code compliance
  • Free registration for 1 LEA staff member to attend each HR Professional Development Series session, or free registration for 2 staff members if the LEA employs 400 or more teachers
  • Support to address certification issues and appropriate assignments for certified and non-certified educators, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and requirements
  • Support with the TEA ECOS online system
  • Free registration for 1 LEA staff member to attend the virtual ESC-20 Treasuring our Paraprofessionals Workshop
  • Bi-weekly virtual hours to offer dedicated HR support and personalized assistance
