Client Business Services

This cooperative provides multiple school finance critical issues sessions for two participants, onsite technical assistance and phone support for all areas of school finance including FIRST and estimating state aid. Membership also includes attendance at mandatory investment officer training.

ESC-20 offers training and resources for individuals in school finance roles. Attendees gain practical knowledge in financial operations, funding, and reporting to strengthen district and school financial practices. 

The TEXAS 20 Food Purchasing Cooperative services over 100 members through an annual bid process open to vendors and manufactures in order to solicit pricing for the upcoming bid term. 

Culinary Support Services provided face-to-face training for Child Nutrition staff to enhance programs by improving student healthy, boosting participation, enhancing community perception, increasing scratch meal production, and offering culinary education.
