The Campus Administrator Academy provides a structured, systemic experience to campus administrators. It assists administrators in the development of effective leadership skills and in building their knowledge in areas that will increase student success on the campus. Some course topics include:

  • Staff Well-Being & Mental Health Strategies
  • Campus Budget 101
  • Collaborating Towards Continuous Improvement Through the CNA/CIP
  • Navigating Fearless Conversations

Enroll for the Campus Administrator Academy through our ESC-20 Commitment System.

Fee: $1,125 per participant.

 
 
Participants in this academy will receive over 50 professional development hours of the 200 hours that are required in order to maintain their 5-year principal certification.  Seven of the nine sessions must be attended in person throughout the calendar year to receive full credit.  As mandated by TAC 241.25, TAC 241.30, and TAC 241.15, the following training sessions will meet TAC requirements.
