Texas Principal Evaluation Support System (T-PESS)

The Leadership Development Team provides support, training, and technical assistance to Region 20 districts on the updated administrator evaluation system that encourages more frequent, timely, formative feedback and that incorporate multiple indicators of success, including measures of student learning. Region 20, in partnership with district and independent consultants, will train all district leadership responsible for evaluating educators utilizing the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS).
