Leadership Coaching
The Leadership Development team at Education Service Center – Region 20 provides one-on-one coaching support to campus and district leaders in a variety of formats. Coaching support is designed to provide school leaders with a thought partner regarding school leadership or “just in time” suggestions and feedback regarding the many facets of school leadership planning and decision making. Coaching sessions can be provided in person or via virtual format depending on the needs of the campus or district leader.
Fee: $200 per hour
