Texas ESC Special Education Leadership Site
The Special Education Leadership Site is a joint project of the Texas ESCs working together to provide time sensitive information and resources on special education topics to support special education leaders across the state.
Evaluation Tools
The resources below are intended to assist Local Educational Agency (LEA) evaluators with information regarding evidence to support performance dimensions for Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Facilitators, Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs)-Educational Diagnosticians, Occupational Therapists (OTs)-Physical Therapists (PTs), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) during the pre-/post-conference. It is not intended to supplant any documents and/or resources adopted by the LEA to support the employee evaluation process. These rubrics employ the titles of the domains and dimensions present in the T-TESS evaluation system and have been developed for the positions listed below.
